We want you to be happy with your kit. This policy explains your right to change your mind, how to return items, and how refunds work.

1. Your cooling-off period

You may cancel and return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Homestead members have an extended 90-day return window. To start a return, email support@duthinve.shop with your order reference, or follow our step-by-step returns guide.

2. Condition of returns

  • ·Items must be unused, complete and in their original condition and packaging.
  • ·For hygiene reasons, items that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • ·Custom or made-to-order bundles are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
  • ·You are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns; we recommend a tracked service.

3. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or with parts missing, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, missing parts, or a full refund including return postage, at no cost to you. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

4. Refunds

  • ·Once we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 14 days.
  • ·Refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, in US dollars (USD).
  • ·Original standard shipping is refunded for faulty items; for change-of-mind returns, outbound shipping may be retained.

5. Non-returnable items

Used items affecting hygiene, and custom bundles, are not returnable unless faulty. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
