Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of the EU. Some battery or blade items cannot be sent to certain regions — see Shipping & Delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared promptly and typically arrive within 3–10 business days depending on destination. Tracking is emailed when your parcel is dispatched.
What is your returns policy?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days (90 days for Homestead members). Used, hygiene-affected or custom items are excluded. See Refund & Returns.
Do you sell seeds or live plants?
No. Rootwell sells garden hand tools and outdoor gear only — no seeds, seedlings, live plants, soil, fertiliser or pesticides.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
How does membership work?
Membership is a subscription that adds member pricing and shipping perks. It is not credit or stored value, and it can be cancelled at any time.
