Our kits are consumer-grade garden and outdoor products. Please read and follow this guidance. Use, storage and installation are the user's responsibility.

1. Bladed and pointed tools

  • ·Pruning shears, cultivator rakes and hand trowels have cutting edges or points. Store them dry, safely, and out of reach of children.
  • ·Wear gloves, cut away from your body, and keep the safety catch on pruning shears when not in use.
  • ·These are consumer garden tools; safe use, storage and any installation are the user's responsibility.

2. What we do not sell

  • ·No seeds, seedlings, live plants, potted plants, soil, fertiliser, pesticides or weedkillers. We make no claims about plant survival, growth or yield.
  • ·Plant toxicity and invasive-species rules vary by location; where you choose to grow plants, verify local regulations yourself. This is outside what Rootwell provides.
  • ·No ladders, scaffolding, or work-at-height / fall-protection equipment.
  • ·No flames, fuel, gas canisters or outdoor stoves.

3. Load ratings (hammock and seating)

  • ·The portable hammock has a maximum load of 120 kg. Do not exceed it.
  • ·Hang only from sound, load-rated anchors. Incorrect hanging or overloading is at the user's risk.
  • ·We do not supply mounting hardware for walls, ceilings or trees, and we do not sell equipment for work at height.

4. Battery and powered items

  • ·Camping lanterns, flashlights and tools with an integrated light use batteries. See the product label for battery type and certification.
  • ·Lithium cells have air-transport restrictions; ship, store and recycle them in line with local rules.
  • ·Our lit products are LED and battery powered — they are not flame, fuel or firepit products.

5. Multi-tool with a blade

The folding multi-tool includes a blade. Carrying or importing bladed items is restricted in some regions. By ordering, you confirm the item is legal to receive and possess at your delivery address. We do not market these items for tactical or military use.

6. Children's kits

  • ·The Little Gardener Set is intended for ages 3 and up, with adult supervision.
  • ·It contains small parts and tools with points and edges — keep away from children under 3 (choking and injury hazard) and supervise use.

7. No financial, investment or property content

Rootwell is a physical-goods retailer. We provide no financial, investment, property, valuation or advisory products or services of any kind.

8. Minors

You must be at least 13 to order. Customers aged 13–17 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who takes responsibility for the order and for safe use of the products.
