Email us
Write to support@duthinve.shop with your order reference and which items you want to return, within 30 days of delivery (90 days for Homestead members).

Get your instructions
We reply with the return address and a note of anything to include. Keep items unused, complete and in their original packaging.

Send it back
Use a tracked service for change-of-mind returns. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items we cover return postage.

Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund your original payment method via Stripe within 14 days, in US dollars (USD).
Faulty or damaged on arrival?
Contact us within 14 days with photos and we will arrange a replacement, missing parts, or a full refund including return postage. Email support@duthinve.shop or call +44 7537193978.
