How and where we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and the item-specific restrictions that can affect certain destinations.

1. Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and much of the EU. Available destinations are shown at checkout. We may be unable to deliver certain items to some regions (see restrictions below).

2. Costs and free shipping

• ·Standard shipping is $12 per order.
• ·Orders of $60 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
• ·Grower members receive free standard shipping over the threshold; Homestead members receive free shipping with no minimum.
• ·All prices and shipping charges are in US dollars (USD).

3. Delivery times

Orders are prepared promptly. Typical delivery is 3–10 business days depending on destination; remote areas may take longer. You will receive tracking details by email when your parcel is dispatched.

4. Duties, taxes and address accuracy

• ·Any import duties or taxes for international orders are the recipient's responsibility and are charged by the destination country.
• ·Please make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate; we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

5. Restricted items by destination

• ·Battery-powered items (camping lanterns, flashlights, and tools with an integrated light) contain cells with air-transport restrictions and may not be deliverable to every location.
• ·Items containing a blade (for example, the folding multi-tool) are restricted in some regions. By ordering, you confirm the item is legal to receive at your delivery address.
• ·Where a specific item cannot be shipped to your destination, we will contact you to adjust or refund that item.

6. Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears lost, contact support@duthinve.shop with your order reference and we will investigate with the carrier and put it right.
