These terms govern your use of duthinve.shop and any purchase of products or membership from DUTHUS INVESTMENTS LIMITED ("Rootwell"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 to order; customers aged 13–17 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the order. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide and for keeping any account credentials secure.

3. Products and descriptions

  • ·We sell physical garden hand tools and outdoor, camping and picnic gear as scene-based kits and single items.
  • ·We do not sell seeds, seedlings, live plants, soil, fertiliser or pesticides, and make no claims about plant survival, growth or yield.
  • ·We do not sell ladders, scaffolding, fall-protection gear, flames, fuel or gas canisters.
  • ·We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately; images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly.
  • ·All products are brand-free and carry no third-party trademarks or intellectual property.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and may change. The price at checkout applies to your order. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Any duties or import taxes are the recipient's responsibility.

5. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if an item is unavailable, a pricing error occurs, or delivery to your location is restricted), and will refund any payment taken.

6. Membership subscriptions

Membership is an optional subscription for service benefits only — it is not credit, stored value or a wallet, and benefits do not carry over between periods. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and does not refund the current period unless required by law.

7. Delivery, returns and safety

Delivery, returns and product safety are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Returns Policy and Product Safety & Disclaimer, which form part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site and products lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy.

9. No financial, investment or property services

Rootwell is a physical-goods retailer only. We provide no financial, investment, property, valuation or advisory services of any kind.

10. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence). Otherwise, our liability for any product is limited to the price paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts. This does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the consumer law of your country of residence.
